Very friendly technician, but absolutely crazy prices. €908 to unclog a sink with a pump! Obviously refused at such a price, but it still cost me €180 for travel (the price of travel costs is not indicated on their site, even though it has been mandatory since 2017). Company to avoid, do not take into account the 5-star reviews which are bogus (fake accounts and messages posted several times).

Very good support from the telephone contact then arrived from the locksmith repairer quickly in approximately 40 minutes. Once arrived, he helped us out properly with our MUEL brand lock which really needed to be replaced due to its age. Regarding the price, I would say inexpensive compared to the other quotes that I had made in advance.

The technical work to be carried out was concluded quickly and within the agreed deadlines. He even adjusted his entire schedule to meet our needs and requests in relation to our complicated and not at all easy schedule.
