Thanks to Olivier and his team for refurbishing my entire heating duct for my wood stove. Since then it has been running like clockwork. Thanks to Sébastien and his team for installing my Italian shower wall and door. Very reasonable invoices and frankly the work is quality.

Good team of professionals for the installation of new works, clean work, the problem: the after-sales service, we call the company, by telephone, the manager cannot be reached, he has to call back, something he never does (except after the 10th call), after a diagnostic visit, new wait for the reprogramming of the system and there surprise: a defective connector part to order (normally should be new). and here I am still waiting without knowing when it will be repaired. In addition since the last intervention: no longer possible to adjust the thermostats via the telephone. For my part, the after-sales service is lousy.

Today an electrician came to repair the VMC. For once I had the satisfaction of dealing with a professional who had planned everything so he didn't need to come back. The work was done very cleanly, the electrician and the young person who accompanied him were friendly and explained to me how the VMC works.
