General renovation of a 100m² apartment. Construction site always clean and well executed from floor to ceiling, including electricity, plumbing, heating, false ceilings, bathroom, toilet, painting, tiling, parquet flooring... Respect of commitments in particular deadlines and of the initial quote, good communication. I decided to contact this company despite the expensive price offered because it had good reviews. However, I was disappointed because I found the value for money disappointing as well as the lack of coordination between workers and boss. This caused a considerable loss of time, several errors when ordering materials and carrying out the work, and an unexpected excess of the initial estimate which was communicated to me by a worker and which I had to pay by check. In addition, 4 days after the work was completed I found myself with a leak coming from the neighbor that they had not detected and covered with paint. So quote paid because according to them everything has been done but work needs to be redone.

Good morning I would like to express my complete satisfaction with this company Marly Service. My parents worked at the time for the father of the current boss and I found it completely normal to continue to trust them. After several visits to the house to study our bathroom project and adjust the quotes, we finally reached an agreement. The work was done within the time frame given to me without a day's delay, which is rare today. The patient and very conscientious people involved did a remarkable job despite the technical complications of our project.
