I have called on the Debeurme company several times, which each time has perfectly met my expectations in terms of service, quality and attentiveness. (Complete renovation of the electricity in my home, complete electricity for an extension a few years later and installation of a badge and video surveillance system with big thanks to Maxime, Laurent, Fred and Jackie as well as the secretariat who managed these different files expertly. It goes without saying that I highly recommend this company!

A great team of broken arms and a real way of the cross, I contacted this company for changing sockets and switches among other things. Being in the process of renovation, the work seemed correct to me until the painter came and assured me that it was impossible for him to carry out the finishes correctly because the sockets were fixed using silicone used for plumbing, I contacted immediately this company which comes to repair disasters by forgetting half of the house and above all which claims not to be at the origin of this blunder by making the painter take responsibility. (What point would he have in having fun framing the silicone sockets and switches, maybe he was bored who knows?)😏😒. A story with no answer and no end because now I have no news from this company which is burying its head in the sand. It should be said in passing that the response time between the establishment of the quote and the intervention is slow, I had to contact them several times before they decided. A job done quickly and poorly done for which we pay, even people in training would have put more heart into the work🫥🫥. Very bad meeting.

A huge thank you to the Debeurme company who was able to help me out quickly and especially to the receptionist for her attentiveness and kindness, she immediately took my request into consideration and passed it on to her colleague. But also, his colleague, who intervened immediately. Reassuring, ultra professional: rapid diagnosis and repair! I can only highly recommend them.... and all this with good value for money.
