I entrusted them with the entire complete renovation of 2 apartments of 60 and 50m2. Complete insulation, coatings, painting, fire ceiling, floors, creation of bathrooms, Vmc, kitchen. The work started on January 10, delivery deadline respected by March 25. Impeccable level of finish. Construction site always very clean. Nice team, all employees without subcontracting. Listens and always offers relevant solutions. I fully recommend this serious company with a perfect quality-price ratio.

The Special Bati rénov company participated in the renovation of almost the entirety of our house. It was a very big project. We were very satisfied with the deadlines and the structural work. The company had committed to carrying out the work within 4 months and stuck to it perhaps to the detriment of the finishing touches. Certain services could not be honored because the teams did not master them (built-in taps / 120*120 tiling). I recommend Special Bati renov for structural work and for its deadlines.
