We had our VMC changed by AB plumbing in 2018. 4 years later, this new VMC broke down despite maintenance. AB plumbing intervenes, charges us 130 euros for a repair where the 2 people dropped the motor, put it back in the VMC, which still does not work. When I ask how this is done, I am told that there is a 1 in 10,000 chance of coming across a defective product... After consulting other professionals, I think I have been fooled by this company ... Please note: the quote/travel is not free, I was not informed on the phone that it would cost me €40. I was told (afterwards) that the price is justified by the notion of diagnostic cost. I would have liked to have been warned because the majority of companies do it for free/make up for it via the quote. This review may be used Modification following response: in fact, if I had been charged €149 for the 10 minutes of intervention as fast as another company which gave me the same quote for free, then I would have caused a scandal...
