Call the day before for the next day the guy arrives at 10 a.m. and refuses to show me his professional card so I decide to take a photo of him he physically attacks me and tries to break my phone so therefore no counter issue to follow

Amazing way of canvassing! This company contacted me to install a Linkin meter. Not being interested at the moment, the pseudo advisor told me that she would notify me of my refusal, and that €9 will be billed to me immediately, every two months, before hanging up on me. And more than being unpleasant, threatening, it communicates regulations which are not yet in application. To flee.

impressive team with a very strange and deplorable way of addressing people, unrivaled to this day for my part! mockery, excessive insistence on installing a new "smart" meter despite a refusal for 3 years granted by enedis, repeatedly hanging up on me with laughter even though I was barely online and courteous, and in the end forced at home then that supposedly the refusal was taken into account! In short, a shame!

Following an appointment to change my meter, I am waiting for a technician at my home between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. this morning after having spent half a day at work. 12:15 p.m.: still no one. I call the company to check if I still have to wait a little longer. I am informed that they had a computer problem and that the technicians cannot intervene today and that it is up to me to contact them again at the end of the week to reschedule an appointment. It's a shame! I can understand that we can have computer problems but at no time can they foresee this kind of eventuality and find my contact details to warn me out of respect.
