Despite helpful, attentive and available staff, I am disappointed with the accounting service. Following multiple reminders for the reimbursement of expense reports, after a month of waiting I still do not have my reimbursement. Emails, calls, multiple contacts... Nothing helps. The accounting department is far from the most responsive. I very much hope to be reimbursed quickly and no longer have to deal with the agency…
