Called this morning for an emergency around 9:30 a.m....technicians were there at 11:30 a.m. Perfect

We tried desperately to contact this gentleman for minor work. We were entitled to "we will call you back", "you will get an estimate" for 2 months... Result: damage to the house which would never have existed if he had intervened, even if only within the month of our call. It would have been better to tell us and redirect us to another company... Too bad, we had too much confidence, and we shouldn't have.
